I'm not a nay-sayer when it comes to Top Gear. The show is a great piece of finely engineered entertainment. The guys spark well off each other and the car content is not overblown petrolhead nonsense. But tonight's was pretty lame. That whole forensic analysis of the secondhand cars was total poop. It's not as if we're writhing around naked in our cars, at least I'm not. Guys you've got to pull your socks up, you can't take your audience as a given. We will go elsewhere if the ideas get too lame.
